Minimum Hire

A minimum hire quantity of 40 chairs applies to all furniture bookings. This requirement ensures efficient delivery, handling, and stock allocation for each event. Bookings for fewer than 40 chairs can still be accommodated; however, the minimum hire charge equivalent to 40 chairs will apply. This minimum is calculated per booking, not per delivery location, and must be met before a reservation can be confirmed. Additional items such as tables, benches, or accessories may be added to the order but do not reduce the minimum chair requirement.
