
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required for all portable toilet hires. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and must be paid in full before delivery.
1. Purpose of the Deposit
The security deposit is held against:

Damage to the unit or its components

Loss or theft of the unit

Excessive cleaning beyond normal use

Misuse, vandalism, or unauthorised relocation
-
Blocked access preventing collection or servicing
-
Missing or damaged consumables, locks, or accessories
2. Refund Conditions
The deposit will be refunded in full once the unit has been:

Collected by the Company

Inspected and confirmed to be in good, clean, serviceable condition

Returned without damage, loss, or excessive waste
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 days of collection.
3. Deductions
The Company reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs from the deposit for:

Repairs or replacement parts

Full replacement of the unit if damaged beyond repair

Deep cleaning or waste removal caused by misuse

Additional servicing required due to overuse or contamination

Failed collection due to blocked access

Any outstanding hire charges or late fees
If costs exceed the deposit amount, the Client is liable for the remaining balance.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The deposit may be fully withheld if:

The unit is stolen or not returned

The unit is severely damaged or contaminated

The Client relocates the unit without permission

The unit is used for any purpose other than standard toilet use
5. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for the unit from the moment it is delivered until it is collected. The Client must ensure:

Safe and secure placement
-
Protection from vandalism or misuse
-
Adequate lighting and access for servicing
-
The unit is not moved, tipped, or tampered with
