Terms

  • “Company” refers to the toilet hire provider.

  • “Client” refers to the individual, business, or organisation hiring equipment.

  • “Equipment” refers to all portable toilets, luxury trailers, wash stations, consumables, and accessories supplied by the Company.

  • “Site” refers to the delivery location specified by the Client.

1. Definitions

2. Hire Period

  • The hire period begins on the date the Equipment is delivered and ends on the date it is collected.

  • Minimum hire durations may apply depending on product type.

  • Extensions must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as specified by the Company) has been received.

  • Final balances must be paid by the date stated on the invoice.

  • The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery if payment has not been received.

  • Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Delivery, Setup & Collection

  • The Client must ensure safe, unobstructed access for delivery vehicles.

  • The Company will position the Equipment as instructed by the Client, provided it is safe and accessible.

  • If the Company deems a location unsafe or unsuitable, an alternative location must be provided.

  • Additional charges may apply if:

  • Access is blocked or delayed

  • The Company must make repeat delivery attempts

  • The Equipment cannot be collected at the agreed time

5. Site Requirements

  • The Client must ensure the Site is level, firm, and accessible for the duration of the hire.

  • For luxury toilet trailers, the Client must provide:

  • A suitable 240v power supply

  • Adequate space for towing and positioning

  • Safe access for servicing

  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable ground conditions.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Take reasonable care of the Equipment

  • Prevent misuse, vandalism, or unauthorised access

  • Ensure the Equipment is not moved without written permission

  • Provide safe access for servicing and collection

  • Notify the Company immediately of any damage, malfunction, or theft
     

The Client is liable for:
 

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised relocation

  • Loss or theft of Equipment

  • Excessive cleaning charges if units are returned in an unacceptable condition

7. Servicing & Waste Management

  • Standard hire includes servicing at the frequency stated in the booking.

  • Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost.

  • The Company will not service units if access is unsafe or obstructed.

  • Only waste generated through normal toilet use may be disposed of in the units.

  • The Client must not add chemicals, foreign objects, or nonapproved materials.

8. Health & Safety

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring safe use of the Equipment by all users.

  • Children must be supervised when using the Equipment.

  • The Company may refuse delivery or remove Equipment if conditions pose a health or safety risk.

9. Damage, Loss & Insurance

  • The Client is responsible for the Equipment from delivery until collection.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.

  • The Company recommends the Client obtains suitable event or site insurance.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period:

  • More than 30 days: deposit retained

  • 14–30 days: 50% of hire cost

  • Less than 14 days: 100% of hire cost

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its control, including extreme weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, or equipment failure.

12. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for:

    • Loss of profits, business interruption, or consequential losses

    • Damage to property caused by ground conditions or access issues

  • The Company’s total liability is limited to the hire fee paid.

13. Termination of Hire

  • The Company may terminate the hire immediately if:

  • The Client breaches these Terms & Conditions

  • The Equipment is at risk of damage or misuse

  • Access for servicing or collection is denied

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
